Our classes are kept small to create an intimate, non-judgemental environment for you to achieve your fitness goals. You will receive the one on one attention of a personal training session in a class format. 

The barre n9ne® fitness method is a focused and proven program of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches. Combining elements of Pilates, dance elements, and resistance training. Tanya Croteau, a four year NFL & NHL Cheerleader and professional dancer has created a simple yet effective method using the ballet barre, light weights, and your own body weight as resistance.

Tanya's passion for fitness and love of dance has always encouraged her to experiment and study various methods across the US.  After 13 years of teaching numerous dance and fitness classes she has created her own workout method, the barre n9ne® method. Tanya is certain that this method will change your life and ultimately lead to a complete transformation of your body.
